I have been following you for more than 12 years now. People often remark that my makeup applications skills are outstanding and my skin is youthful (I am 42) and I point them all to you. When you launched your makeup and skincare products, I was over the moon. Since the very first True Velvet lipsticks (I bought Jazz and Ribbon) I have ordered and tried several of them (lipsticks, facial mist, mascara, cleanser).
In recent times you have discounted several lip products that I had grown to adore. The colors currently available are all tending towards pale, nude softer shades. I cannot wear any of these as they do not suit me. Please bring back, or introduce new bold browns, or purple-hued brown shades in Luscent and Velveteen lines. Night Thoughts was a divinely beautiful shade. It suited my medium (Indian) skin tone so very well. Alas! it has been discontinued.
Also please consider introducing other (that is besides browns) dark shades in all of your lip lines. One of my all-time favourite is Jazz, I have it both in True Velvet and recently started using it in Velveteen as well.

This is my second tube of Spirited Away and it’s such a beautiful color- a really unique mixture of pink , brown, red and mauve tones . I particularly love it for the autumn and winter months. It’s neutral but elevated and really brightens up my face and just makes me look more awake and polished . I love the luxuriously lucent formula - it’s so comfortable on the lips. The color payoff is good for a more sheet formula like this and builds up easily. Highly recommend !
