I hadn't worn Velvet Ribbon in a while because I fell in love with Spirited Away, which has become my go-to. But I brought it out today, and I received so many compliments! It made me feel so pretty and confident! This is truly the perfect red—the only one I've tried that doesn’t turn pink on me. Also, it’s very comfortable to wear.

Replenishment purchase of my favourite LE lipstick - I'm never without Velvet Ribbon in my make-up kit - a beautiful red, that works well with my fair skin. Goes on beautifully (I use a lipbrush for first application, and then straight from the bullet for a second coat), and stays put all day. Feels comfortable on the lips, with a lovely soft matte finish.
