I'm not a fan of liquid lips but this is fantastic! Very soft and smooth while not drying out my lips.

It has staying power and the colors are great. This is my second one. It feels dry after applying but I don’t mind it. It looks good whether I apply more or less for a softer look.

I use the velveteens when I don't have a chance for touch ups during the day. Todays lips lasted at least until tea time. Without lipstick marks on cups or glass it's my choice for business meetings. I just wish there would be a lighter shade in a cool tone.

I've never used a liquid lipstick until this one and have to say I'm not a fan of liquid lipstick. I love this shade, and I love wearing it as a stain. Wearing it in it's full glory is beautiful (it reminds me of the 90s lip colors), vampy which I like and it's good at first, but after having it on for hours, I definitely prefer how the velvet lipstick looks, feels, and sits on the lips instead of the liquid lip formula. I'm still giving this a 5-stars because I'll still be using this as a stain and I think what I don't like about this product is my own personal preference of liking the feel of a bullet lipstick rather than a liquid one. Another great feature of this that bullet lipstick doesn't have is that it's kiss proof... once it's dry nothing is coming off which is nice. I just don't like how the color looks and feels on me after it's been on for hours.

I have been searching for a red lip product that I like for a really long time. Nothing ever looks right and to top it all, I don’t like regular lipstick. So I tried this, and the colour is fantastic! It’s a lovely red that’s a little more orange and easier for me to wear on a day to day basis without feeling too done up. The formula is soft and leaves my lips soft and almost powdery but it is not drying! I tried it with the matching lip liner but prefer it without a lip liner, which is more long wearing, for a softer look.
