I love that this liner is creamy, but not too creamy because it has enough body to stay in place while feeling almost like nothing is on my lips because they're not being dried out. It also helps me get my velvet enhancement lipstick lines just perfect. Highly recommend!

The velvet lipstick is so matte and saturated that you probably don't necessarily NEED a liner, but for me this liner is a helpful tool for my lips to not come out crooked. It helps me get the perfect lines and also that extra bit of a plump look with a bit of overlining
