These pencils are lovely and not at all drying. When I use this under a lipstick, everything stays put. I still have a full lip all the way to dessert!

The pencil texture is lovely and smooth and can be gently blended without it creating too harsh a lip line. It blends into the Rain lipstick perfectly but I've also used the liner by itself just lightly with a little lip balm over top to give a barely there, subtle pop of colour.
This is the second colour I've purchased in the Enhance and Define liner range and both have been excellent.

The lip pencil is very soft, it is gentle to my lips.
